The building is smoke-free. Smoking is allowed only on the hotel terrace. A $150.00 fee applies if smoking in rooms (deep cleaning charge).

All reservations must be guaranteed with the passenger´s credit card number (number, expiration date, and security code).

Hotel reserves the right to charge one-night penalty (NO SHOW) for guaranteed reservations canceled less than 24 hours before arrival.

Early check-outs will be reviewed for rate adjustment and surcharge at check-out. Charges will be made to the card on file or billed if guaranteed by email.

Hotels in Ecuador must report guest check-ins/outs and tax info to authorities. Guest personal information used for these reports is not considered confidential. PLUSHOTEL S.A. HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS will comply with administrative/judicial orders and inform the company if allowed.
